South African farms are buying more technology than ever: drones, sensors, data platforms, AI and automation. What the sector has never had is a body representing that technology as a whole. There are no common definitions, no published standard, and no fair way for a farmer to compare suppliers. AgTech SA is being built to fix this.

  • First word of when AgTech SA opens (before the official public announcement).

  • Farmers get free membership, now and always.

  • Technology suppliers and service providers: founding places are limited and are offered to the waiting list first. The founding opportunities will not be repeated.

  • Have a say in the AgTech SA Standard from the day the draft opens for comment.

Details and fees are published once AgTech SA opens in early 2027. Note there are no costs or fees to pay in order to join the waiting list.
